We are starting in Moldova, but we do not limit ourselves geographically.

We were created as an answer to one problem: advertising production is usually split between separate contractors — writer, camera operator, designer and SMM specialist. The client loses control and spends time coordinating everyone.
PONT takes the task once and leads it through the entire chain: brief → idea → concept → design → content → production → finished advertising material. Inside: a team built for the task. Outside: one clear process for the client.

PONT / BUILD has no fixed package because every business requires its own team, scope and level of involvement. First we design the project. Then we price it.

We clarify missing details and within one day send a clear plan: stages, timing and cost.
The project moves to the production team — camera operator, director and editor. You can see the status at every stage.
We deliver the finished materials and report. If needed, we make revisions within the agreed scope.

We receive the name, company, contact, service, budget, deadline and description you enter. The URL tags utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign are stored with your enquiry. We use these data to respond, prepare a proposal and carry out an order. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 in Eastern Europe. Notifications containing enquiry data are sent to our work Telegram. Cloudflare Access protects administration. Cloudflare and Telegram process data to provide their services; their infrastructure and processing may be outside Moldova. Access is limited to the controller’s authorized personnel.
Closed enquiries that did not become active client relationships are kept for 12 months from closure and then removed from the primary database. The controller separately clears Telegram notification copies. Cloudflare backups may persist until the recovery window expires. Active-client and mandatory accounting records have separate retention periods based on the relationship and applicable requirements.
Your browser stores the language and cookie preferences. Only with analytics consent do we count visits, page views, form openings and successful enquiries. The report stores daily counts by event, section and source group, without contacts, enquiry text, full URLs or visitor identifiers. The tab temporarily stores activity time to separate visits after a 30-minute gap; these are not unique people. Aggregates are kept for 90 days and exclude people who have not consented. Google Analytics and advertising pixels are not connected.
Abuse prevention temporarily uses counters based on a hash of the IP and time interval; the original IP is not stored in those tables. Google Fonts receives normal network data, including your IP, when fonts load. Cloudflare processes network data to deliver and protect the site.
Change analytics consent in cookie settings; new events stop after withdrawal. Contact us above for personal-data requests. We may ask for information to locate the enquiry and verify ownership. You may also contact Moldova’s National Center for Personal Data Protection: datepersonale.md.
